My First Post!

Hi, I'm Effy, I'm an LGBT+ and cruelty free makeup enthusiast and welcome to my website!

I've been toying with the idea of a blog based website for quite a long time now. My Instagram following seems to have plateaued a little bit lately, probably because I've just been too busy to really post any new content or engage with current followers. One of my favourite ex-YouTubers ran a blog based website and she seemed to enjoy it more than making videos, so I thought I'd give it a go. Hopefully I will have a little bit more free time soon to really kick things off again!

For a while I've lacked the time, expertise and equipment to make videos for YouTube. In fact, I did one last December/January time and it was too long and far too much effort! I feel that writing is a far better medium for me, so here I am. I can pretty much blog from anywhere too - if I'm on holiday, visiting friends or relatives, at work...
